loner's whingings of a mAd student

studying 6 months in a course like medicine really belittles you. firstly, the course is MAD (no pun). the hrs are long.. like LONGGGGGGGGGGgggggg until u cant see the end.. like ehs.. 32 hrs long a week.? as a friend nicely reminded me the other day, he has only 14.. like dammit anyone.?

secondly, the course is hrd.. like hrd. ok, never mind the fact that i have almost zip bio knwledge before hand.. we do units such as

• foundations of animal and human biology
• foundations of medical chemistry
• foundations of molecules genes and cells (or was it molecules cells and genes.. dammit)
• foundations of clinical practice..... and...
• introductory physics

ok.. dun ask me why we learn bout animal biology, i have no idea as well.. every monday morning we cut up fetal pigs... :S medical chemistry is hrd.. like.. ok.. enthalpy enthropy etc.. am so dead.. lols.. MGC (or MCG) is jus lots of rope learning.. and clincial practice.. yes.. thats nothing like what you guys wouod think it is. we learn about the 123 different definitions of health, and along with that, the 54 others for epidemology etc.. which is totally random and .. yes.. random.. oh yes and vancouver style citation for

finally, physics.. i have no idea why medio's have to learn physics.. ok like.. its totally random and tangent.. furthermore the lectures are.. ZZZZzzzz.. the labs are ZZZzzz and the tute's well i dun go to tutes. well no i did go for.. ehs.. 1? no wait 2 tutes.. out of a possible 10 or so.. haha.. but anyways u get the idea.. the whole course is plain ZZZZzzz
